The government of Palestine on Tuesday has donated two Mobile Health Units to Pakistan, to facilitate the Pakistanis who do not have easy access to healthcare services.
Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr. Zafar Mirza received the Mobile Health Units from the people and government of Palestine at a ceremony attended by Palestine’s Ambassador to Pakistan and Secretary Health Dr. Allah Bakhsh Malik. The event was held at the Embassy of Palestine.
“Our health infrastructure does not reach many places. As such, I am deeply touched by the thought behind this gift from the Palestinian Ambassador. Let me assure you that we will make best use of it,” Dr. Zafar briefly stated. The Mobile Health Units are equipped with two beds each.
