Sindh High Court Judge Says PPP Minister Threatened To Target Him With Rocket Launcher
Sindh High Court (SHC) has said that it received threats from provincial ministers for its decision to suspend the  assembly memberships of Pakistan People's Party (PPP) MNA Faryal Talpur and Senator Gyan Chand Ansar.

While reinstating the two MPAs, the court expressed displeasure over being issued threats by the ministers for the deicison. Justice Aftab Ahmad, who was heading the bench, said that one of the Sindh ministers threatened to target him with a rocket launcher. He also said that the ministers told him that his salaries would be suspended.

Later, the MPA's lawyer Farooq H Naek told media that his client has apologised to the court over the threat.

The remarks were made during hearing of a petition pertaining to the rising dog bites incident in the province. The court had said that MPAs of the areas where these incidents take place would be suspended.
