Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Monday asked from the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) that “how the government will now respond to the families of APS victims after Ehsanullah Ehsan’s escape?”
PPP chairman, while speaking about Ehsanullah Ehsan’s escape from the custody of security forces, said that no Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has been formed till date to serve the justice to the families of APS victims.
“The grieving families of the martyrs of the APS incident are still demanding for a judicial commission. The heirs have been questioning how the massacre was carried out but they have received no response yet,” Bilawal Bhutto added.
The PPP chairman also said that the treasury and opposition benches of National Assembly (NA) should solve people’s problems through parliament. If the ruling party vows to run country through executive powers, then it should abolish parliament.
Bilawal Bhutto said victims of terrorism want response from the government on Ehsanullah Ehsan’s escape. Now how will the government legislate on the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). He further questioned that “what will be the response to global community that we are fighting terrorism and our biggest terrorist has escaped the country?”
