Ex-President General (R) Pervez Musharraf has filed a review with the plea through his council for the high treason verdict against him.
Musharraf has filed the review in light of Paragraph 66 of the judgement which he believes is wrong. He also believes that the judgement was made in haste and hence is flawed.
The ex-president was sentenced to death for his imposition of emergency rule in 2007. The ISPR had made a statement about the judgment saying that it caused them 'great pain and anguish'.
