PCB To Promote Balochistan At International Level: Wasim Khan
Quetta: Pakistan Cricket Board has decided to promote Balochistan at an international level. According to Managing Director of the board, Wasim Khan, the Pakistan Cricket Board is planning to give representation to Balochistan at the international level reports Dawn.

The statement came while Khan was addressing media representatives here at the Nawab Akbar Bugti stadium. It is pertinent to mention that other important PCB officials including Chief Operating Officer Subhan Ahmed and Federal Secretary for Interprovincial affairs Akbar Durrani were also present during Khan`s presser.

“All [possible] measures will be taken to provide better infrastructure in and around the [Nawab Bugti] stadium that will generate income for the stadium besides helping in starting international cricket in Quetta,” Wasim said at the presser, according to Dawn.

“Developing proper infrastructure and solid commercial base will benefit cricket in Balochistan,” Wasim said, hinting towards Quetta hosting some matches of the next Pakistan Super League T20 event.

Responding to a press query, Wasim clarified that no such decision has been made regarding the status of Sarfaraz Ahmed and Mickey Arthur.
