Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has approached Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)'s Cyber Wing against an American blogger Cynthia Ritchie for posting 'derogatory and slanderous remarks' about former PM Benazir Bhutto on Twitter.
The complaint was filed by the District President of PPP Islamabad Advocate Shakeel Abbasi who said that the blogger's remarks caused 'immense pain and agony to the millions across Pakistan'. He urged the FIA to initiate cyber crime proceedings against Ritchie.

Meanwhile, PPP leaders and supporters on social media also condemned Ritchie's tweets and urged her to apologise for the same.
