Blast Outside Quetta Press Club Kills 7
Seven people have lost their lives and 21 have been injured as a result of a ‘suicide attack’ near the Quetta Press Club located on located on Shahrah-i-Adalat on Monday.

Quetta Deputy Inspector General Abdul Razzaq Cheema has revealed that seven people have been killed and 21 others have also been injured in the incident. He termed the blast ‘suicide attack’.

The blast took place as a demonstration was taking place near the press club. Several vehicles parked in the vicinity have also been damaged due to the impact of the blast.

According to Radio Pakistan, Prime Minister Imran Khan, while expressing grief at the loss of lives, has taken the notice of the attack. Meanwhile, Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has directed the IGP to submit a report within the next 24 hours.

In last month, an attack inside the mosque in Quetta during a prayer took lives of 15 people and injured 19 others.
