PITB Develops Human Resource Management System For Schools Department To Ease Decision-Making Process
The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in collaboration with School Education Department (SED) has launched Human Resource Management System (HRMS) where 386,000 school teachers and 4,000 supervisory staff will upload their complete data.
It will enable the SED to not only access their profile on a click and assist in performance-based decision making, promotions, transfers, inquiries and dismissals.
SED Secretary Capt (retd) Muhammad Mahmood along with PITB Chairman Azfar Manzoor launched the system.
Mahmood said the HRMS will help the department in automating processes and provides remote access and employee self-service, while replacing a highly cumbersome and time consuming conventional mechanism.
School teachers and other supervisory staff can upload data here. Last date of uploading data is August 10. Later, the data will be validated and sent for the further process of assessing and execution.

It is explained with painful feelings that after spending 4-5 hours day and night in previous 3 days w r fed up of this data entry, firstly wait for 5 min to open then minutes for every step finally open but with poor database system in which we are unable to put information in this system. why this poor system is not upgraded?

My date of present scale is changed but before transfer date was correct i asked many of my colleagues same problem exist with them kindly chk or update ur app coz if same date remains we all lose our seniourity bt with in district n city dis rules no apply plz give adit option so that we update our data
