PPP Likely To Take Action Against Sheikh Rasheed For Hurling ‘Death Threats’ At Bilawal
Senior leaders of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) have said that the party will take action against Railways Minister Sheikh Rasheed for hurling “death threats” at Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

Sheikh Rasheed had tweeted that “Bilawal should play carefully in politics otherwise he may be eliminated”.

Bakhtawar Bhutto Zardari took to Twitter and condemned the federal minister for “hurling direct threats at Bilawal Bhutto.

She said: “From spewing hate speech, fed ministers now hurling direct death threats at Bilawal Bhutto. Having extremist right-wingers threaten a Bhutto is nothing new but for a cabinet member to give an OPEN DEATH THREAT to someone whose entire family were killed is disgusting. #sackthisbigot.”

Sheikh Rasheed's remarks did not sit well with many other PPP leaders as well.

PPP's central Information Secretary Nafisa Shah told Dawn that the party wouldn't ignore Rasheed's remarks as he has facilitated a terrorist organization in the past.
