Pakistani actor Osman Khalid Butt might star in a play called ‘ Phadda’ next month.
The play is based on ‘Square Go’ by Kieran Hurley and Fary McNair. Butt will start alongside Usman Mukhtar, who rose to fame because of his role in the drama Anaa.
Butt has a background in theater and started out acting there as well. He was deeply involved in the Islamabad theater scene where he had been praised in many roles, especially in Insolent Knights.
According to Butt they might perform an encore in Islamabad in January and then go on tour to Lahore and other major cities.
The actor was discovered because of his YouTube channel where he used to parody popular culture icons. He recently starred alongside Meera in the film Baaji and is currently appearing on the ISPR drama Ehd-e-Wafa.
