In a horrifying incident, a woman’s grave was dug up in Karachi and her corpse was raped by unidentified men.
The incident was reported first on microblogging website Twitter, where people shared their disgust and horror at the incident.
Former member of the Sindh provincial assembly, Irum Azeem Farooqui, shared details of the incident on Twitter. According to her, the grave of a woman in a graveyard in Landhi, Karachi, was dug up and her corpse was raped. She added that it was yet unclear as to how many men were involved in the act, and that the grave-digger had vanished.

Human rights activist Arif Aajakia, while expressing his disgust over the incident, asked whether morality existed in Pakistan. Allegedly, the woman was 32 years old and was gang-raped.
