Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan extended support to a Pakistani student, who was directed by his university professor to leave studies due to stuttering during class presentation.
A person shared an incident on Twitter, saying that her cousin, who is currently studying in National University of Modern Languages (NUML) in Islamabad, started stuttering during his class presentation, after which the professor told the student, “if you cannot speak properly maybe you should not study”.
In response, Hrithik Roshan asked the Twitter user to tell her cousin that both the professor and his judgement were irrelevant. He said stuttering could never hold your cousin from dreaming big. “People who shame him [cousin] are no better than brainless monkeys,” the actor added.
