Military spokesman Major General Asif Ghafoor has praised the courage of Norwegian Muslim man Ilyas, who hit a person in a bid to stop him from desecrating the Holy Quran by burning. In a tweet, the DG ISPR said, "Such Islamophobia based provocations only promote hatred and extremism."
