Islamabad police registered FIRs against over 100 workers and supporters of the banned Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP) on multiple charges, including incitement to violence and violation of the Covid-19 SOPs.
The workers were booked in three separate FIRs in the Naseerabad, Racecourse and the Civil Lines police stations. One of the FIR was registered on the complaint of a police sub-inspector. No arrests have been made yet.
