An old speech of Prime Minister Imran Khan suggests he had the 'leaked' horse-trading video showing PTI lawmakers counting cash ahead of the Senate polls in 2018, even before it surfaced on social media. After the emergence of the video, the PTI reiterated its stance that the upcoming Senate elections should be held through show of hands instead of secret balloting so horse trading can be combatted. PM Imran Khan, reacting to the video, said that if he had it earlier, they would have used it as evidence in court. However, in the old speech, the PM could be seen telling the PTI members who were suspended after their involvement in horse trading that they can be shown a video proving their involvement if they deny the charges.
