A 24-year-old female patient of coronavirus who was under treatment at the Jinnah Hospital has reportedly escaped from the hospital.
According to reports, she was admitted to the high dependency unit of the hospital after being tested positive for coronavirus. The medical superintendent of the hospital has been quoted as saying by news channels that the patients' details are being shared with the police in order to find her and bring her back to the hospital.
Earlier on Tuesday, the police had briefly arrested designer Maria B's husband Tariiq Saeed on charges of sending his coronavirus-positive employee to his village instead of having him placed in quarantine.
