Usman Dar To Become An Approver Against Imran Khan In May 9 Cases?

Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Usman Dar will become an approver against former prime minister Imran Khan in May 9 cases, just like Azam Khan, the former principal secretary of ex-prime minister Imran Khan, has become an approver against him in the cipher case.

While speaking at a program on Naya Daur TV, senior analyst Muzamal Suharwardy said that Usman Dar, Shahbaz Gill, Fawad Chaudhry, Murad Saeed, and Hammad Azhar were all fake goons of national politics, and now they have been exposed as they failed to bear pressure for even a few days.

He said that all the PTI leaders who are underground these days will emerge as approvers in the coming days.

The analyst said that Usman Dar was involved in the May 9 riots, and the army will not forgive anyone involved in the May 9 incident.

Suharwardy said that it is true that Imran Khan was of the view that he would succeed in removing the army chief if he managed to bring a large number of people to the cantonment, but he failed to do so.

He said that Dar named Hammad Azhar, Azam Swati, Murad Saeed, and Farrukh Habib were supporters of the anti-establishment narrative. Still, he didn’t mention the names of Fawad Chaudhry and Asad Umar because they joined the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) after holding press conferences.

The analyst said that Usman Dar should not be forgiven and a trial should be conducted against him for his involvement in the May 9 riots.

While responding to a question regarding Khan’s sister Aleema Khan's statement that the PTI chief is disappointed by President Arif Alvi over his failure to ensure elections within 90 days, Suharwardy said that it is a fact that Khan is disappointed by President Alvi, but the reason is not a delay in elections; the reason is that “why President Alvi didn’t block the way for the cipher act and military act?"
