Fawad Chaudhry For Fighting Modi’s Mindset On Our Own No Matter The World And The Ummah Back Or Not

Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry on Tuesday said one had to fight his war on his own and the people of Pakistan needed to understand that as quickly as possible.

In a tweet, he added that “we have to fight Modi’s mindset” whether the world or the Ummah “side with us” or not.

However, Fawad had claimed not long ago that Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Iran consider Prime Minister Imran Khan the leader of Muslim Ummah.

The federal minister was commenting on and seconding Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s statement, in which he had stated that India is a huge market where the custodians of Ummah have their own interests and invested billions of dollars.

But at the same time, Fawad, in a separate tweet, asked the Punjabis in Indian army to refuse to be part of injustice and refuse performing duties in Kashmir.

These opinions are in complete contrast to what Shehryar Afridi, another cabinet member, had stated last month, suggesting that Turkey, Malaysia and Pakistan will lead Muslim Renaissance.

On the other hand, senior political analyst Najam Sethi said, “We should ask who pushed us into that paradise and locked us in it for the last 72 years. Now they want us to rush out of it but we have become so used to it that we are afraid to venture out.”

He was commenting on Qureshi’s assertion that the people of Pakistan should not live in a fools’ paradise, as world isn’t ready to support the country on the Kashmir issue.
