PM Khan Believes He Is Not Worthy Of Nobel Peace Prize
Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday said that he is not worthy of Nobel Peace Prize while responding to calls of nominating him for the peace prize.

After the premier had handed over captured Indian pilot Abhinandan Varthaman to India as a peace gesture amid escalating tensions between the two countries, many people demanded that PM Khan be awarded peace prize.

Taking to Twitter, PM Khan said: “I am not worthy of the Nobel Peace prize. The person worthy of this would be the one who solves the Kashmir dispute according to the wishes of the Kashmiri people and paves the way for peace & human development in the subcontinent.”

PM Khan has extended olive branch to India time and again amid the mounting tensions but India is yet to reciprocate. International community has praised Pakistan's stance with the Organisation of Islamic Ideology (OIC) acknowledging the country's constructive contribution to human rights discourse, norms and policies and elected it as a member of its Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission from the Asian region.
