A district court judge has been accused of raping a woman litigant who came to his court. The alleged victim and her partner with whom she wanted to enter into a free-will marriage were arrested from a guest house last week and produced before the said judge.
According to the complaint lodged by the woman, the judge directed his staff, police officials and others to leave his office and asked her to come to his official chamber, where he allegedly sexually abused her. The woman was brought to Abdullah Shah Medical Institute, Sehwan for examination.
