MNA Mohsin Dawar, the lone opposition member who was present during the National Assembly session held today for PM Imran Khan’s vote of confidence, has claimed that all 178 members were not present in the Parliament house at the time of voting. He accused the government of presenting incorrect number of votes that the PM received.
Talking to media, he claimed that the government is hiding the fact that many members from its side were not present in the House at the time of voting.
He said, “I demand an inquiry into this.”
Dawar said the attendance of all the lawmakers present today in the a house should be investigated along with what time they came and where they sat. He added that the footage for the entire session is present and should be consulted to clarify this.
