'Three More Refrences To Be Filed Against Malik Riaz Soon'

The Supreme Court of Pakistan has declared Bahria Town default in its judgment and also imposed a Rs 1 million fine on its owner, Malik Riaz, which is an extremely minor amount.

While speaking at a program on Naya Daur TV, senior analyst Muzamal Suharwardy said that the amount of fine imposed on property tycoon Malik Riaz seems to be a ‘joke,’ adding that it is a major development that the apex court declared Bahria Town default for not paying the fine on time.

The analyst said that the journey of Bahria Town’s default has begun as Malik Riaz is not in the mood to pay a fine, and this will lead to his default.

Suharawardy said that soon three more references will be filed against Malik Riaz, adding that the establishment is all set to hold Malik accountable this time.

While responding to a question about the change in the policy of the PTI, Suharwardy said that Imran Khan has surrendered inside jail and is seeking reconciliation with the army.

The analyst said that the PTI is playing a dual game, adding that if the PTI has changed its policy, it should issue a press release to announce its disassociation from YouTuber Adil Raja.

He said that the PTI has started preparations for intra-party elections. Suharwardy predicted that the new chairman of the party would reconcile with the establishment and that Imran Khan would be eliminated from the PTI.
