Judiciary Has Become An Establishment After Judges' Restoration Movement: Raza Rumi

The judiciary itself became an establishment after the Judges Restoration Movement. The judiciary ousted two elected prime ministers of the country, invaded in every executive decision, did not allow the privatization of institutions, and Pakistan suffered huge financial losses due to the Reko Diq judgment, said senior journalist and analyst Raza Rumi.

While speaking at a program “Khabar Se Agaay” on Naya Daur TV, he said that the judiciary is equally responsible for the current state of instability and chaos in the country. The voices raised from the floor of Parliament against the judiciary are not baseless; they will have to be answered.

Raza said only politicians are held accountable in the country, whereas judges and generals are sacred cows, and they are not accountable at all.

He said, “A few days ago, one of our well-wishers from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) informed us that your website is going to be shut down because you have published a report regarding Corps Commander Mangala.” “The day before yesterday, our YouTube channel was hacked and remained terminated for about 20 hours,” he added.
