Tariq Jamil is a popular religious figure. His explicit support for the govt provides Imran Khan administration some legitimacy but a lot of people are questioning the moral stance of the cleric who's persistently taking the side of a political party that has clearly failed at handling the Coronavirus crisis in the country.
