The Sindh government has announced that no prayers or congregations would be held at the mosques tomorrow (Friday). Mass prayers and congregations at the mosques have been banned across the province.

Adviser to CM Murtaza Wahab took to Twitter to make the announcement. He said that the decision was taken after consultations with clerics from all schools of thought.

The Sindh government’s decision is being hailed by commentators on social media who say that the province is leading from the front in the country’s fight against coronavirus.
