Pakistan Bar Council has 'deeply appreciated' Supreme Court (SC)'s order suspending notification of COAS General Qamar Bajwa's tenure extension.
"The order reflects true spirit of the Constitution and settled law as laid down by the Supreme Court and the stance of the Pakistan Bar Council," a statement issued by the body read.
The statement also said that PBC Vice-Chairman Syed Amjad Shah has withdrawn the call earlier given by him on behalf of the PBC for observance of black day by the lawyers throughout the country on November 28.
