The caretaker government has formed a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) to halt the malicious campaign being run against the judiciary to defame it.
While speaking at a program on Naya Daur TV, senior analyst Muzamal Suharwardy said that the campaign against Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa and the judiciary is being operated by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) overseas, adding that the move will increase the hardships of PTI Pakistan.
He said that the PTI overseas is hell-bent to destroy the PTI in Pakistan.
The analyst said that all prominent PTI leaders, including Arif Alvi, Sher Afzal Marwat, Hamid Khan, and Barrister Gohar, are fighting with each other like vultures to grab a ‘big piece.’
Suharwardy said that PTI founder Imran Khan has said that he has 'Plan'C. Earlier, Imran Khan used to say he has ‘Plan B,’ and everyone saw that the PTI was eliminated from political ground after the implementation of his ‘Plan B,’ he added.
As per ‘Plan C,’ the PTI has hired two lobbying firms to make general elections controversial and to defame Pakistan at the international level, the analyst said.
He stated that the PTI will keep suffering until it stops fighting with the state institutions, adding that the PTI will face a harder time after February 8.
While responding to a question, Suharwardy said that Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed has been arrested again because he was playing a double game.
He said that former army chief General (retired) Qamar Javed Bajwa was used to playing double games with politicians, and similarly, politicians were also used to playing double games with the establishment during his tenure. But now the current establishment has no tolerance for any double game, he added.
He said that Army Chief General Asim Munir doesn’t play double games, and he will not allow anyone to play double games as well.
The analyst said that Sheikh Rasheed, Fawad Chaudhry, and Usman Dar sought forgiveness from the establishment, and after getting forgiveness, they again backstabbed the establishment. That’s why they are facing hard situations.
