Special Assistant to the Chief Minister Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan has said that Fawad Chaudhry was desperate to return as information minister ever since he lost the ministry and that his wish has finally been granted.
Dr Firdous said that even when he did not hold the ministry, he was the de facto information minister. "Fawad did not let any other minister function in the ministry," she said.
