Pakistani squash received a great morale-booster with Mohammad Hamza Khan's victory in the U-15 title at the British Junior Open Squash Championship. He beat England's Yusuf Sheikh by 11-4 (6 min), 11-3 (5 min) and 11-7 (5 min).
The young champion now hopes to represent Pakistan in U-17 championships. At the British Junior Open, two other Pakistani youngsters Mohammad Ammad and Noor Zaman reached the U-15 and U-17 semi-finals respectively – hightening further prospects for promising Pakistani squash stars in the near future.
