Slain Coal Miner’s Son Goes On Hunger Strike Against PM’s Insensitive Remarks, Demands Apology
A Hazara activist, who is the son of a coal miner killed in the Machh massacre, has gone on hunger strike to urge Prime Minister Imran Khan to apologise for his statement calling the Hazara protestors ‘blackmailers’. Sajjad Hussain, the Hazara activist, has vowed not to eat or drink anything until PM Imran Khan apologises for his insensitive remarks.

Taking to his Twitter, Sajjad Hassan revealed that he along with several other has been on a hunger strike for 24 hours and they won’t eat or drink until or unless PM Imran Khan apologises for his remarks about the bereaved families.

Prime Minister Imran Khan is currently in Quetta and is scheduled to meet and condole with the families of the deceased later today.
