Renowned daily newspaper Nawai Waqt’s employees have been without pay for ten months.
In a tweet, journalist Jahanzaib Abbasi stated that employees of Nawai-e-Waqt had not been paid in ten months.
He added that we could not expect those who could not get their salaries paid to raise their voice for the rights of others.
He further commented that press clubs should be locked as they had become display centers.
