Justice Qazi Faez Isa, while hearing a case of forced marriage in the Supreme Court, lost his cool over a matter and shouted at the Advocate General Islamabad and police officials.
Advocate General Islamabad Niazullah Niazi, while giving an interview to MJ TV, said that Justice Isa has yelled at him without any reason maybe because of personal grudges as there was no ground of doing so.
Justice Isa lost his cool and started shouting at government lawyer and police officials when he came to know that a male police officer was interrogating a 17-year-old girl, who was forced to marry.
An eyewitness reporter Muhammad Ahmad told MJ TV, that Justice Isa in a very loud tone asked the advocate general and police officials to behave with girls with decency while interrogating them. The reporter further revealed that the judge said this is the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and we should treat people and accused with Islamic values.
The reporter further said that normally judges do not show that much anger, while hearing cases because this is something considered unethical in the legal fraternity and this behaviour challenges the credibility of judges.
