Federal Minister for Water Resources Faisal Vawda has referred to journalist Cyril Almeida as ‘joker’ during a Twitter spat.
Earlier, the journalist referred to the minister as ‘Clown Vawda’ and quoted him as saying that the ruling party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) needs at least two to three five-year terms to ‘fix’ all the problems of Pakistan.

In October last year, the veteran columnist had resigned from daily English DAWN. He took to Twitter to announce the news: “I have resigned from Dawn and ended the Sunday column.
