Social media reports of the alleged rape and torture of a minor Christian girl in Faisalabad have turned out to be false. Posts claiming that the girl was forced to recite kalima while being sexually abused have been doing the rounds on social media for the past few days.
However, authorities in Faisalabad and Sukkur have denied that any such incident took place.
