In the Shahpur area of Peshawar, a 16-year-old boy was allegedly killed for not befriending the 'culprit'.
Express Tribune reported that four days ago, Gul Rehman, the victim, went missing and his family lodged a missing person complaint at the police station in Shahpur.
It was also revealed that the suspected culpit Sher Akbar had also disappeared after the disappearance of the victim. His whereabouts were however, traced through his cell phones records.
He admitted to killing Rehman upon being investigated and then further added that he dumped the body in the fields.
The police investigated of whether Rehman was sexually abused but the autopsy revealed that he wasn’t.
