An applicant Bilal Hashmi has filled a blasphemy case against Syed Mudaassar, an atheist citizen of Rawalpindi.
The applicant has accused Syed Mudaassar of allegedly maligning Islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and other holy personalities of Islam on social networking site Facebook.
