Gul Bukhari wrote that questioning the judgements of courts could not be described as contempt.
Is it contempt of court to call the Supreme Court’s conviction of ZA Bhutto a judicial murder? This means we call those judges murderers. If that’s not contempt, how is calling judges backstabbers contempt? This is people’s judgement on them.

A lawyer by profession, Shafiq Ahmed said that the judiciary can avoid criticism by making independent decisions.
If our judiciary is afraid of being insulted, then first free yourself from the shackles of the military & make independent decisions so that no one gets a chance to criticize you, otherwise fingers will be pointed at your character.
