Pakistan has responded positively to Indian PM's proposal asking the leaders of South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation (SAARC) countries to come together to discuss the strategy to handle the coronavirus pandemic.

In response to his offer, Pakistan Foreign Office (FO) spokesperson Aisha Farooqui acknowledged that the situation merits collective efforts by the regional and global stakeholders.
