Method:
Grind the biscuits into a fine powder, add in melted butter mix until well-combined. Layer it firmly on the base of a Springform pan. Next take a mixing bowl, beat the double cream with an electric beater. Add in the cream cheese and the condensed milk. Continue beating for a couple of mins. Add ¾ packet of jelly crystals and beat the mixture further for a couple of mins.
Next add strawberry chunks and fold them in with a spatula. Next pour the mixture over the base of the biscuits and let it set for an hour in a refrigerator. Do the dressing with the strawberry jam and fresh strawberries as you desire, cover and let it set for another one and half hour. Once it's set, it is ready to serve.

- ¼ bar (butter) (4tbsp)
