Justice Faez Isa Accuses CJP Of Being Biased, Seeks Full Court Reference
Senior Supreme Court judge, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, has reportedly filed a fresh petition, seeking full court to hear his case, as he accused Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa of being "bias and prejudice”.

The news shared by journalists on social media shows that Justice Faez Isa said in the petition that the language used by the chief justice – who is also the chairman of Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) – in the SJC’s order “sadly demonstrates his lordships bias and prejudice” towards the petitioner.

Justice Faez Isa also said that his wife and adult children faced illegally surveillance as the intelligence apparatus was deployed (if directed, details in this regard will be submitted) and public funds were also misused. His wife personal data and records were probed, he added.

Justice Faez Isa requested the Supreme Court to declare that the present chairman and members of the SJC were no longer competent to hear the presidential reference against him on account of the bias shown in the order.
