Sindh High Court (SHC) has ruled that if any citizen is bitten by a dog, the representative of that area will lose their membership of the Provincial Assembly (MPA).
This ruling came while the court was hearing a case pertaining to people getting bitten by stray dogs.
Responding to the strong remarks of the judges presiding over the case, the public prosecutor said that the MPA’s don’t have anything to do with dogs biting people. The presiding judge replied that it is the responsibility of the MPA to ensure the safety of the people.
