Pakistan’s Pride Malala Yousafzai Is Officially A Graduate
Nobel laureate and the pride of Pakistan, Malala Yousafzai, has graduated from the prestigious University of Oxford. She completed a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics.

The education activist took to social media to share the good news. “Hard to express my joy and gratitude right now as I completed my Philosophy, Politics and Economics degree at Oxford,” she said in a post on Instagram. The 22-year-old shared that she didn’t know what she was going to do next. “For now, it will be Netflix, reading and sleep,” she said.

Malala also shared an interesting Instagram story saying that currently she is ‘unemployed’. “Gonna sleep for days. Need new shows to watch.”



Malala was born and brought up in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Swat Valley. In 2012, while taking the bus home from school, she and two of her friends, were shot by a Taliban gunman. She was hit in the head by a bullet, but survived and eventually recovered.

In 2014, Malala became the youngest recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize in recognition of her efforts for children’s rights.
