Raza Rumi says the presidential system has failed 4 times in Pakistan. He says we need consensus on the fact that only a parliamentary system represents the people. He says the consensus on 1973 constitution and the consensus on the 18th amendment of 2010 is a sacred trust between public and the state of Pakistan and that trust must not be broken.
