- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds frequently.
- Use Sanitizers that contain at least 70% alcohol in case soap is not available and hand washing is not Cover the entire hand surface with sanitizer and rub until dry.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoid close contacts with people who are sick
- Stay home if you are sick
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze or use the inside of your elbow
