An anti-terrorism court has ordered the confiscation of the properties of General (r) Pervez Musharraf in the Benazir Bhutto murder case.
Rawalpindi ATC’s judge Justice Shaukat Kamal Dar has ordered the confiscation of both the declared and undeclared properties of former president General (r) Musharraf.
The properties in question consist of two plots, two cars, and more than nineteen bank accounts in various banks.
Earlier, the court had ordered the confiscation of both the Rs1 million bonds of the suspect as he had absconded from court.
It is important to note that in the charge sheet in the Benazir Bhutto murder case, the Federal Investigation Agency had named General (r) Pervez Musharraf as the accused.
