Former leg-spinner Danish Kaneria alleged that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) was not taking any appropriate actions in his case of spot-fixing because of his Hindu Faith.
Danish Kaneria took to Twitter to inform people about the current statue of his spot-fixing case. He said, “Pakistan Cricket Board is sleeping in my case Because I am a proud Hindu.” The cricketer said he hope that Prime Minister Imran Khan will intervene and help him in getting clean chit from PCB.

In 2012, England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) had banned Danish Kaneria for ‘influencing’ Essex player Mervyn Westfield into an act of spot-fixing. In the past. Kaneria had reportedly approached Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for help in fighting his case in Pakistan.
The former leg-spinner had played 61 Test matches for Pakistan and took 261 wickets at an average of 34.79.
