Aurat Azadi March was attacked by rightwing goons in Islamabad. Ismat Shahjahan and Farzana Bari think it was clearly the city administration's failure. "They were armed with sticks and stones. They didn't have the NOC. They were still able to attack the march because the state authorities failed to remove them from the scene".
