Federal Minister for Law Farogh Naseem has resigned from his post.
The development came during an emergency meeting of the federal cabinet. Following the meeting, Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed confirmed during a press conference that Naseem had given his resignation during the cabinet meeting.
According to the Railways Minister, the prime minister had accepted Naseem's resignation.
