Faisal Edhi Tests Positive For Coronavirus

Social worker Faisal Edhi has tested positive for coronavirus. According to media reports, his test was conducted in Islamabad where he is presently staying. Faisal Edhi had met Prime Minister Imran Khan a few days ago to donate an amount on behalf of the Edhi foundation to the government's coronavirus relief fund.

 

Dawn quoted his son Saad Edhi as saying that Faisal Edhi faced symptoms of the virus soon after his meeting with Prime Minister Imran Khan in Islamabad. He said that the symptoms continued for four days after which he was tested positive for coronavirus.

Saad further said that his father was self-isolating and has not been admitted to a hospital.
