Journalist and Punjab MPA Jugnu Mohsin was reportedly attacked by unidentified individuals in Akhtarabad area of Okara. She remained unharmed in the incident.

An FIR of the incident has been filed against six accused. According to the FIR, Jugnu Mohsin's convoy was attacked by unidentified individuals who opened fire on the car, but members of the convoy survived the attack. The complaint further stated that she was receiving threats and was warned against holding a rally in Jujh Kalan.
